I tried searching but didn't find exactly what I was looking for.

I have a 2007 V6 DC...when I turn on the AC it sounds like there is a baseball card stuck in the fan, not quite as loud as that but that type of noise...turn the fan off and the noise stops. It sounds like its coming from behind the glove box. any idea?

Your glove box pops down and your in-cabin air filter is behind it.

Could have a stick or pine needles or similar debris that worked it's way to the "squirrel cage". It happened to me.

Under it. Pull the filter out and you'll see it. The F.O.D. (debris) may fall out when you pull the filter. What ever you do....make sure the fan is OFF when you go routing around in there.
