Why doesn't the Tacoma come with all around Disc brakes?

    Off topic, but on a high priority train (4-5 Units and only 35-50 cars) it's like setting in the cockpit and taking off with no wings. The new Locomotives are at least 4400 HP each. 22,000 Hp kicks! I'm only authorized to run 70 mph on my run.
