    Installed L.C. Engeneering header & cai, shortly after got error code for secondary air inj. port closed, anyone else experience similar problems?

    Did you unhook the AID or ASV at all during the installation?

    AID= Air Injection Control Driver
    ASV= Air Switching Valve

    don't know what the accr. are so ? I used the step by step instr. I don't think they mentioned it

    You may want to try pulling the NEG cable of the battery for a few minutes to see if it just a fluke too.

    Ah, the only thing I can think of is the ASV didn't get hooked back up or there might be a clogged check valve.

    If you look at the link I posted above, it should be on the front exhaust side of the motor. The ASV injections shots of air into the exhaust stream.

    anybody hear the loud pop as i pulled my head out of my a**. found where the little rubber tube on the sec. air inj goes. should have taken picts. before i started. duh!

    from the looks of your link/diagram the little rubber tube attaches to the air pressure sensor.

    I can't find a detailed vacuum diagram. There should be something int the hood area that shows the routing.
