Does anybody have any new vibrations after they installed Billi 5100's? I have an SR5 Dbl Cab, installed 5100's all around and some HD Deavers in back. My truck was just out of warranty, so it was the same price to go after market, rather than pay for the rear leaf spring TSB at the dealer. Anyway, I have the front set to 1.75" and the leaf springs made the back end go up an 1". The truck sits level now, and rides great. I'm running 265/70 16 tires. The vibration is mostly around 20mph. There is a TSB for this issue and I had the dealer make the repair, but it didn't make much difference. I think it must be something in the drive line, center bearing angle or something. The truck was smooth prior to the suspension work. Any insight would be appreciated.

Have you got an alignment yet or had your tires balanced?

Yes, to both, tires are pretty new, but put on prior to suspension work. Got the alignment done same day. Since it's at such a low speed, I doubt those two things would be an issue. It's fine at like 35mph and above...

The front Camber in front is a tad positive for me, was thinking of going more towards zero or even negative a little. Maybe that will change things? Just wasn't sure if anybody had to do anything with the drive line after...I didn't go up much.

I also have that issue. I have a 05 dc rs5 4x4, with bilsteins set at 1.75 and a 1.5 aal in the rear. It is definately more noticeable at lower speeds around 30mph. The truck was smooth before just like yours, have you taken it to the dealer.
