I was at the dealership today to buy an OEM bed mat for my new SR5 4x4 DC...got a fair price @ $90.00 (retails for $110.)...

While there, I figured I'd ask the service guy about the spring TSB. He informed me that it does not apply to the 2010 model year.

Is this BS? Should I demand the spring/shock swap out on my new truck? Should I try another dealership?

What have you guys/gals who have 2010's do?

Had mine done, 2010 no problem. Give your dealer an ear full! Give him the TSB and tell him you threw 20 bags of mulch in it and it rode rough.

The current TSB is listed for 2009 and 2010. I can look it up if you want, but it was updated in February this year I think...

He's blown smoke up your a$$.
As someone above posted tell them you loaded your truck up with something (mulch, rock, dirt, firewood, whatever), and the rear road rough/hard. Have the TSB printed out from here at TW. The 2010 is clearly covered. I had mine done a couple months ago.
Be firm but not a ass. If he don't give you the results go to the store manager. You can use your sales guy too.
    Good Luck.

Thanks all for the info and the link.

    This place rocks!!!

I'm gonna print it out and take it to the dealership service advisor.

Also, it appears that the shocks and bump stops are already updated for 2010 trucks. So I guess I'll only get the 4-pack springs and an alignment.

Why would I need an alignment if only the rear springs are replaced?
