I got the notice in the mail yesterday. It's not high on my list of shit to worry about. I have Weathertech floor mats and it would take an act of God to get the mats to interfere with the gas pedal as it is.

YOU WILL BE MISSED Satoshi Grill, FX-R retros, husky liners, bed bolt d-rings, TRD short throw shifter, 2.5 Fox Coil overs, AP UCA's, AP Expo rear leaf with Fox 2.0 shocks, Extended SS brake lines, AP kick-out sliders, 265/75/16 on Konig Countersteers, AllPro Apex front bumper and Zip Ties.
When I replaced my brandy new 2010 TRD floor mats with the husky liners I noticed those plastic price tag ties were put in as an afterthought preventatvie measure.

See it did help the tranny issue huh? I seller I have that problem with my 2010 and they claimed to me there was nothing wrong as well. That's the only reason why I'm even considering on getting this done only to fix my stupid tranny issue. Did u notice a difference right off the bat?

The notice says "after" you have the work done, it you are not happy you can request a new one, (gas pedal). Why could you not call them ahead of time and have the new one in hand? If they will not do this, then I will keep mine as is.

Well, just got off the phone with them. They were unwilling to send a new pedal in advance on my new 2010 Tacoma. Mine will stay as is.

Got mine yesterday. I'm not taking it in at all. I have the regular mats that came with the truck as well as a set of rubber mats from Wally World on top of the carpet ones. I have no problems driving the truck or have I had problems with the mats slipping under the gas pedal.
