Looking forward to seeing this set-up on your truck. Thinking of running the same tire (KM2).

I've got about 2" of lift and these tires on my first gen. Only minor rubbing on the frame at full lock and in the fender wells on compression. I know the 2nd gen will be different but I think you will be just fine. Props for wanting to keep the COG low.

looks just about level with the tsb rear. just got a call that my tires are in.

I'll post some pics tonight or tomorrow depending on when they fit me in.

Wow. Now you have got me curious about this tire. And wondering if it's the same for a 1st gen as well. 3 in lift/level with 881's.

speaking of this, does anyone else have a COG sticker on their framerails? I noticed it while doing the coilovers.

The stance right now is a little "bro" with the tires in the bed. It was fine without them. Guess that just means i need to do a small AAL or airbags for towing/hauling.

I have an appointment for 8 am tomorrow for mounting and balancing!

Im running them with ~ 2" of lift (OME 881's on billies set at 0). I actually drove around for about a month with the 255's on the stock suspension because I was waiting for a place to do the install. Only had slight rubbing on the inner fender plastic on turns (trimming fixed that). I did have to also do the pinch weld mod.

i'll be posting up some pics tomorrow.

got the tires mounted/balanced. No rubbing!

i did have to ditch the mudflaps. The definitely will not fit in the rear with the flaps on. Looked like they'd rub turning uptravel.

You got a pic? I wanna see what they look like.
I was wanting to go with a 285/75/16 but I think I might run into trouble with rubbing on the uca is what I am told.
If these are clearing your uca pretty good, I think I might have to look into them. I dont care about a lil full lock rubbing on the frame.

Only rubbing is full lock on the frame and on the rear of the rear fenders at full articulation.

yup. I'm digging them and the skinner tire look. I'm assuming the skinnier tire is going to help in the mud and snow since it's digging a bit deeper. How are they on the trails and rocks?
I'm a 2x prerunner so the fronts shouldn't matter much except that I wont be trying to push a wider tire up a rock to get over it so I can see that as an advantage.

Good lookin truck!! I think maybe I have changed my thoughts on a 285/75.
