my passenger side airbag light stays on even when someone is sitting in it, would it be a fuse? or the actuall sensor below the seat that knows if someone is sitting on it? Anyone else run into this problem

It does stay on. If someone is in the seat that weighs less than 100 lbs it will say airbag off.

You need to take your truck to the dealer and they will likely have to recalibrate the occupant classification sensor for SRS.

Check under the seat and see if the wire harness is loose. You may just be able to push it back together to resolve the issue.

I have that issue now. I’m going to check the fuse and see if it’s blown.
