    Hey,

Can you give me any information as to where you purchased your slimline rack and what you parts you ordered to make it fit your Camper shell? I am trying to order one but I am having trouble getting information and contacting Front Runner directly takes forever.

Thanks a lot! I purchased the rack from Equipt expedition outfitters a few years back but they don't offer them anymore I think. It's a 1.6M rack, 40mm feet, and using the aluminum tracks you can see on the Frontrunner outfitters website. Idk which specific vehicle it's for- Paul at Equipt helped me figure out the size back when these racks were first showing up in the US. I don't have the roof rack but shortly after I got the topper rack I contacted Paul again to see about a size and way of attaching one to the roof. I lost interest and decided to go with a factory rack but those frontrunners look sweet up there!

Looking great Tom. Out of curriosity, why do you have the tie down rings mounted on the rail underneath on both sides? What purpose do they serve? Is it just a spot to keep tie downs/ bungys for easier access?

Thanks- mostly you're correct, to hold bungees and whatnot but I also use them to secure a solar shower under the lip of the rack and to secure an awning. The awning is connected to a spare tent pole that slides into the rings and can ride tucked under there after being folded and rolled up. There's all sorts of things you can do with them there.
