I loved the difference in the ride quality. Then when I had my OME lift done I had another leaf added.

 

My truck came with the 4 leaf ( TSB ) pack , I can't imagine hauling anything with 1 less leaf .

 

You're lucky, it sucks loading up your nice new truck for the first time and the f-in thing bottoms out!

 

I was just messing with you before. The tsb is wayy better then stock. I don't bottom out anymore and the ride is a lot stiffer (which i personally like). I haul my atv a couple times a week for racing and even though it's only about 350lbs (estimate) it used to bottom out before the tsb. Now it never bottoms out

 

I had the same issue, bottomed out with a 400 lb motorcycle in the bed. I was pissed and didn't know about the TSB at the time (wasn't a member of TW then). When I went to the dealership, their solution was trying to tell me a Tundra. Imagine that, a big, heavy, gas guzzling V8 to haul a 400 lb motorcycle once in a while! I got so mad I even test drove a few Chevy's and almost got rid of the Tacoma. Luckily, someone printed out the TSB for me and I was able to bring it to the dealership and make them fix the truck.

 

Not lucky , just Canadian . For some reason Toyota sells the Tacomas in Canada with the 4 leaf pack as standard .
