Pic Request - Indigo Blue w/ CM Satoshi

I just got a grillcraft grille and am getting ready to mount it on the truck but am having some reservations...thinking maybe I need to get a colour match grill and/or satoshi.

anyone have any pics of the satoshi on their indigo blue trucks?

I have an indigo blue and I will be doing this exact mod soon.

I am going to leave the grill chrome, but install the black Grillcraft Satoshi style, (with the satoshi-style "TOYOTA" lettering).

User 'ph16drive' has a similar set up. I found a pic in the 'grills' topic.

I have a stainless steel bull bar on the front on mine as well and it compliments the chrome on the grill.

I suppose if I don't like it, I can always go back and paint it.

I bought a new grille for 40 bucks then color matched and satoshi'd it 2 weeks ago.

I bought the $33 one. It came in two pieces which was good for color matching.

Looks great, I was thinking about doing the same. I can do most of that stuff but not sure about the paint. Will it have the same gloss as the factory paint?

 

My grille looks great, like the factory paint on the fenders and front bumper. I didnt use clear coat finish and it still looks really good.

I finished my Satoshi last month, here are some pictures.
I decided to stick with the chrome grill. It compliments the bull bar.
It is a Grillecraft grill insert.
