    Probably the ballast ("box")

    Check out www.ddmtuning.com for HIDs....

Myself and many others have been running them with no problems at all...

I tried ebay ones before and had the same issue you are having :/

    lol...well said...

not making fun of you...but its true...you get what you pay for...

1st off I would use the ballast that turns out correctly and just flip it to the other headlight...that's how you test if your ballasts are going bad...if the bulb was bad it wouldn't turn on from my former experience...

you should hit up my boy Jason (X-travagant) he's a vendor on XR-Underground.com...his company is called Luminous Solutions...i've been running his HID 8K setup in my fogs and HID Proj. w/halos 8k setup in my headlights for well over 3 years now...never had any problems with them...they are good stuff too...:D

he's currently having a group buy on XR-U...drop him a pm/email and let him know that J (toll free) referred you and he'll hook you up...:D yeah they are little more pricey but like I mentioned he's easy to work with, takes care of you if you have any problems with the bulbs and/or ballasts, his products haven't failed me yet...

I also forgot to mention...once you figured out if its the ballasts or the bulbs that's bad that you should probably contact the seller and let them know about your situation...since they are still new you should be able to get a replacement ballast/bulb...if they don't at least extend you that courtesy I wouldn't ever buy from them again...and let us know who that seller is that way others on the forum can know to stay clear of them...

sorry for the bad luck bro...hopefully it all works out for you...good luck and keep us posted...
