I just got my 2010 DC TRD Sport Long Bed and I'm hoping to take it in for the TSB sometime next week. Once I get that done, I plan on getting the 5100's for the front and setting them at .85 (I prefer the stock rake look as opposed to completely level).

With this set-up, what size tires can I get without having to do any trimming so it doesn't rub? Do I have to stay with the 265/65/17's, or can I go to a 265/70/17 or bigger?

Put your 5100's on before the tsb springs. That way toyota will pay for your new alingment.

yes it does work that way, the TSB states and alignment will be performed. I had to take mine back after the TSB since they didn't perform the alignment. they referenced the wrong TSB on the order sheet, squeaky leaf, which didn't require an alignment.

Yes. I installed my 5100's on a Wednesday night, Thursday had it in the shop for new TSB leaf's and a alingment. Friday loaded it up with 26, 5 gallon buckets of organic fertilizer (water + ground fish) and delivered it to my dad's place 4 hours away.

99% sure 265/70/17 can fit at stock ride height on stock rims.
