This vin indicates that your truck was made in Mexico. I thought the Mexico trucks already came with the TSB springs. I don't think the TSB is based on vin number- just whether you have the 3 leaf or 4 leaf pack installed from the factory.

If you already have the 4 leaf pack you will see 3 long and one short leaf just above the axle.

I am getting the TSB done on my 2010 Taco D/C S/B TRD Sport. You set yours at .85, does that keep the factory rake? Or level it?

I would say alittle of both
truck looks level with the a slight rake to the front.
but i see truck photos with people who set theirs at 1.75
and they look alittle nose high to me.
plus some said it looks worse if you put something in the back
    when set at 1.75

I have an 09 Double cab TRD OR and my vin is listed above, I just went outside and noticed my truck hasn't had this tsb done. What is the purpose Of adding the 4th leaf?

The 3 leaf spring gives the truck a nice smooth ride, like a car.
so unless you do some hauling in the bed of your truck, you will be happy.
BUT if you put some weight in your bed, say about 400 pounds
    ex- ten bags of topsoil
The truck has a tendency to bottom out going over bumps.
The TSB puts on a 4 leaf spring in the back which gives the truck
better load carring capacity. and it also gives the truck more of a truck like ride.
search TSB on the search feature above, there are plenty of threads on this topic.
