Not quite.

It's a TRD Off-Road to start (which MSRP's at $32,xxx) and then adds those TRD 16" beadlocks w/ are like $1200 MSRP and a TRD Exhaust ($500ish MSRP).

+ Nobody pays MSRP on a Truck/Car these days. I could get that thing for $28-29K I bet.. seeing as I paid $27.8k for my TRD OR...

or you could be like me and pay $23950 for a TRD Off-Road 6 speed AC 4x4... love oregon cause it has no sales tax...
