I am not going to try and tackle this until tomorrow morning, but I'd like to just ask some questions. I am installing head lights that I bought on line (was too afraid to do the BHLM) and a mesh grill from grill craft on my Black 2010 DC Sport. I am pumped and taking it very easy at the bar tonight just to I can get this done ASAP and go to the beach later in the day. I guess what I am looking for is how many clips and bolts should be required to remove each item (grill and head lights).
I looked at the grill first. I found 2 bolts and 2 clips up top, and 3 clips down at the bottom of the grill. I removed the listed hardware from the truck and just tried to GENTLY pull the grill out. Needless to say it didn't budge at all, just the top. I am assuming that I have the top covered but what am I missing on the bottom, if anything or should i man up and just rip it out?
Also, the head lights I found the two bolts up top and there looks like there may be a couple of clips.
Any advice would be great. I'm new and trying to play catch up on your guys tacos that all look great.

headlights have a bitch of a bolt on the outside sides of them...you gotta lay on your back and do a half sit-up and stick an arm way up to reach it

    I wish I could remember :(

But, I think there are a few plastic clips inside on the bottom of the grill surround.

and yes at the above post LOL, but you dont have to put that bolt back in with the new headlight. They are plenty secure w/o it.

I did this last month, took me 45 minutes. Can't really remember every screw and its location, but I do know they were trickier to put in then I imagined. I had to release the top plastic part of the bumper, and parts of the front inner fender walls. I may have been doing it the hard way though. Either way you should have this done in an hourish.

I only removed the 2 clips and 2 screws on the grill and pulled straight up. It takes a little muscle because there are guide pins on the bottom of it. Then to remove the headlights there is the top screw, the screw just behind the grill on the lower inner part of the headlight. Then there is the side screw which I took out by removing one of the fender liner screw and clip and reached up and removed it with a 1/4 inch ratchet with 10mm attached.
    Hope this helps. Good Luck!
