I've noticed in the past few months sometimes my key doesn't want to go into the ignition. I've had it everywhere from just being a bit resistant to completely blocked. If I pull it back out and mess with it a bit it usually goes in.

Anyone else ever have this problem?

Havent had any issues with inserting the key, but I have had problems with the steering lock. Sometimes its a real pain in the @zz to turn the key even when pulling on the wheel to free the lock.

When that happens to mine I just turn the wheel slightly to the right and it slides in perfectly. Just a steering lock thing, one of the many special "characteristics" this truck has all its own. :)

No, this isn't the steering lock. The steering lock can keep you from turning the key, but it shouldn't affect insertion of the key.

Actually I don't have one to try right now. I'm away from home at school, and I forgot to bring any spares with me.

It doesn't happen 100% of the time though, so I'm not sure if that would tell me anything. I feel pretty sure though that the problem is in the ignition switch.

I have same problem, at first I thought I wasn't holding it straight enough but that wasn't the problem. Sometime it's just hard to get it to go and there doesn't seem to be any reason.
