The rear facing seats were killer. We crammed them back there, but the ride would have sucked. I am a big dude, and I just couldnt get comfortable. I have always had a truck, and it sucked to let it go. But in a couple years when the kids are out of rear facing seats I will get a new one. By then it will be time to trade the wifes car and I will have myself a 2013 Tacoma! Who knows how cool they will be by then.

Then I get to explain to the wife how that huge scratch got on the side of the new van. "Honey, I was flexing for the guys on TW when the tire slipped off that rock. I told you we needed sliders for the van!" :D

This is the only one I have right now. Bad cellphone pic. They dont have a ton of interior colors. They have beige, light grey, and something else. We got the beige.

And what makes you say that? They got a payoff quote from toyota financial, and that is what we agreed upon for the trade of my truck. There was no upside down loan amount figured in on the new van. The only thing I am paying for is the van. What makes you think I am still paying for it?

Yeah, it was nice. The van just offered sooo much room and the capacity to haul around 8 people that we couldn't resist.

Congrats on the twins OP. Nice van. We have a Honda Odyssey and these vans (Odyssey and Sienna) are the ultimate brat carriers. Comfy, spacious and full of features you would really appreciate. Ours got DVD and Navigation system. Leather interior and what not. MY wife now drives it and I got the truck.

Like you said, a good dad has to make decisions that will benefit the family more. BTDT. Stay here in TW and I'm pretty sure your Tacoma will be back a couple of year from now.

    Too bad man :(

I'm lucky, my girl says she will never, ever in her entire life own a minivan.
All the more reason to get a 4Runner when the time comes :D
