    These would work great if I could slide them in with my top on. Put a few mounting hooks, and be able to make a fishing rod holder with them. Will these work with my fiber glass cover on? I expect they will seeing as I can use the 4 bed rail tie downs that came with the truck!

    You can use them to hang whatever you want(fire extinguisher,fish pole holder, high lift jack,CB antenna bracket,ETC...)

    no problem when i get the raw materal in i will make your blanks and when you know what size you want them i will tap them.

    I tested the ones on my truck once you tighten them down they are pretty firm. They are sand blasted to give a lil bit of texture too.
    but the rail system in are trucks are pretty weak so i wouldnt us the rail system on real heavyduty things.

    These are machined out of some Billet aluminum, sand blasted, drilled and tapped and shipped just like that?
