Hey guys I am in process of making myself some custom square Nuts for the bedrail system in the the second gen trucks. I was wondering if any other fellow TWers would be interested in buying some.

Ok let’s start a list of people who would buy them! So with this list I can decide if there is enough potential order to proceed and what taps I will need.

it will be 10.00 a pair plus shipping if you are in the US we can ship them with the flat rate boxes for $5 or contact me and we can work something else out.
When sending you money include your address,TW screenname, and thread size.

Remember there is a limit of two sets per order and I will only be making 20 sets total. These parts are not profitable I have a machinist helping me fabricate these in his spare time (not a taco owner) but a really good guy! We would make more money working at McDonalds (not that there is anything wrong with that. A Job is a Job in this economy). I (we) just wanted to help some fellow Taco owners that have the same problem as I did but do not have access to the machines to make them.

Put your name, number of packs (set of 4),and thread wanted

    SETS ARE SOLD!!!
    TW S/N - # Of Sets - Thread
    KPT - 1 - 1/4-20
    kulabird - 1 - 1/4-20
    ImpulseRed008 - 1 - 1/4-20
    Ocaron - 1 - 1/4-20
    USFCON - 1 - 1/4-20
    akdisney - 2 - Blanks
    Hansonian - 1 - 5/16" -18
    _________- 2 - 1/4-20
    drzman49 - 2 - 1/4-20
    Caduceus - 2 - 1/4-20
    dmb012 - 1 - 5/16" -18
    lembowski - 2 - 1/4-20
    Larry - 2 - 1/4-20
    18seeds - 2 - 1/4-20
For the blank I have his email and shipping address but not his TW S/N.

They'd have to be cheap. I made my own out of 1" X 1/4" alum strap and 1/4" stainless button head bolts for about 80 cents each.......

Many have used unistrut bolts. A bit of grinding and it works.

UPDATE: Stainless Steel is not a option My SS prototypes took way too long to machine and tore up some bits and my tap. the cost would be too much for you guys but aluminum can be done for about $10 (set of 4) plus shipping. When you include shop time, raw materials, and bits and taps that is only like a 1$ profit per set.

Ok let’s start a list of people who would buy them! So with this list I can decide if there is enough potential order to proceed and what taps I will need.

Put your name, number of packs (set of 4),and thread wanted
