Retracting sound

Hello. Let me first say that I love my Tacoma! I have read many many threads about too many things here on TW.

My question is as follows: Has anyone else noticed that immediately after moving forward from the Park position a sound of something retracting is heard from inside the truck. Maybe it is behind the dash, maybe on the passenger side, I don't know. I only hear it when my radio is off. I can't think of what this could be. It isn't a seatbelt cinching up but sounds much like it.

Anyone heard this and know what it is? Thanks for the input
