Question Headlight Adjustment Screw

My headlights were off a bit on my 09 taco. I found the adjustment screw, but there is another, and I could not tell what it was adjusting. The screw under the hood low and closer to the fender controls the pitch, but what does the one do w/ the cover closer to the top of the light? Anyone know?

Open hood, there are two adjustment aiming screws on the back side of the headlamps. The lower one (slightly harder to get to) is the up/down one. Looking straight down at it, you can see an opening where you slip a philips head screwdriver in there and turn to make the adjustment. Sorry can't remember which direction I turned it. Think turning screwdriver clockwise aims up, counterclockwise down. Per manual, make sure the last click is made clockwise (ie if you need 2 clicks counterclockwise, make 3 then 1 back to make 2)

I marked with a marker on the screw my orginal starting point. I did in front of white wall to ensure direction. Better yet, have a buddy look while you change to be sure of your direction. Mine only needed two clicks after the heavier leaf spring TSB went in (raised the rear up). So dont overdo it. good luck.
