    I have an 05 tacoma SR5 2.7 4X4 xtra cab, I am wondering if anyone or if you know of anyone who bobbed 8-13 inches off their second gen tacoma. Thanks.

    Or what about bobbing and chopping off the shackles off the tacoma and having no shackles since there will be basically no overhang past the rear axles?

    Bob it and link the rear end. They you have no shackles to worry about.

    No way, Im not brave enough to do that lol. There are quite a few over on TTORA if you want to go check them out. They are all first gens though.

    It would be interesting to see a regular cab with a dcSB. You'd have to chop the frame, exhaust, etc... and get a shorter drive shaft. But it'd look pretty decent and would have a pretty short wheel base while maintaining a factory look.

    In fact, I think I might PhotoShop it in a little while to see what it might look like.
