    Interesting can't say I would want it in my daily driver but if in an expedition or race vehicle it would be a cool feature to have for a large gps or something.

    I have the option to remove it obviously but all the mount slides out and then there is nothing on there... i still have the ability to listen to music with my iphone etc... this is more for expedition/travel :) i love it though... next purchase is this!

    haha ill take that as a compliment... still have some more bondo and sanding to do to the lower piece... need to get my headunit mounted in there! :) Plan on being done next weekend.

    unfortunately i wish it was digital...but the sound is going through RCA's through the 30 pin dock connector... So i dont think that is true digital... There is no USB to 30 pin for any headunits right now that support the Ipad unfortunately... but it still sounds great in the car.
