    to the OP those chrome covers are cheaply made js... why cover your colored matched mirrors with plastic chrome? its pointless IMO but do whatever you want to your truck its yours for a reason

    I sanded the sheen off the chrome finish with 220, primed with adhesion promoter (which you can get at auto zone), and painted with super white paint I got from ebay seller "spraycansunlimited". Then hit it with some duplicolor clear coat.
