What's up everyone, first post here on this forum and finally glad to be here. I own a 07 Taco Double cab. Been eager to get more performance out of it and just began the internal transformation. I just went and purchased a K&N 63-Series Air Charger. Now I am looking to work on the other end of the engine. I have general idea's on what products I want to purchase but want advice on whether or not I am making the "general" right decision.

Should I start with some Doug Thorley Headers? or maybe an Aero Turbine/Magnaflow Exhaust Muffler? What about Y-Pipes?

Thanks to all replies! :goingcrazy: :goingcrazy: :goingcrazy:

for the most gains that you will actully feel, the dough thorley long tube headers are what folks around here like, downside is that they arent smog legal but i think hp gains are like 20hp at the wheel.

    ^ he's 19...he still believes that the K&N 4 banger intakes give 23HP....!!

for best, proven performance, pick up a URD TCAI and MAF calibrator...that has proven 15+HP at the wheels. there are TONS of exhaust threads around here...some like magnaflow, other swear by flowmaster...then there is URD, TRD (bosel), etc.

my best advice would be to call gadget up at URD, tell him what your looking for and go from there.
