XM with poor reception with Jbl system.Techs please chime in.

I just bought a new Tacoma Sport without the JBL system. My dealer told me the truck would have XM radio already installed. I put money down. The truck was delivered a week later without XM radio. The dealer then lied and said he never mentioned XM in the deal to his sales manager. The dealer then agreed to pay for the instalation when the kit was available. I contacted Toyota cares.com and in the beginning they agreed to pay for the kit. Two months later Toyota cares tell me my truck is not capable to have XM radio. My research found out that the radio in the 2011 trucks are the same radio for the 09, 10, and 2011. The radio went to production in 08 and is still in production today. The dealer ordered the receiver and kit for 2010 and will install it today. Toyota has not updated their data base to include the 2011 trucks.
