Probably not. I'm thinking I might jump on this for the lights and winch alone, though...

OME 881 coils with OME nitrochargers shocks up front. TC UCA's OME Dakars with extra leaf in the rear. Warn 8000 winch with 80ft custom braided synth line. Custom 60ft synth extension. All pro tube bumper, Hi-lift jack, Safari Snorkel, Wilco tiregate. 2019 Jeep JLUR.
Not sure what brand bumper that is but the winch looks like it mightbe an older x r c 8 . The newer xr seates have the clutch mechanism on the right hand side. And i think it's also a 5.1 horsepower motor maybe 5.5. From what i understand most of the components are made by a mile marker by a company from china.
The reviews that i have read people say that the wind speed is kinda slow, but that wouldn't bother me any because you don't really want the winching very fast anyway. Also the pictures kinda dark on my droid and i can see were the controller box is that.
if you no good fabricator i would pick it up just for the winch alone and i'm sure it wouldn't cost much to have a fabricated fit your truck.
this is exactly the winch i'm going to get to mount to my all pro bumper.

For referance your bumper mounts are 29 1/2 for the 2 bolts in the front. (Center to center). And 40 1/4 for your 4 side bolts.
hope that helps. Your longest bar on the tube bumper looks like it should be about 7 inches out from the 2 front bolts.

You can get almost anything to work. But doesnt mean its worth the work. I say if you want to buy it keep the winch and lights and resale the bumper. And that bumper looks custom made never seen one like that before..
