Bed extender hardware kit?

I bought this bed extender a few months ago, haven't gotten around to installing it or even taking it out of the box yet. I'm actually thinking of selling it since it's too late to return it.

My question is, does anyone know if there is a separate hardware kit that's required for a new installation? The tacomapartsstore site doesn't mention this requirement, but I've read that a separate hardware kit might be needed.

 

In case anyone else is looking to purchase a bed extender from that site, it does include the necessary hardware for a new install.
