hey Tacomaworld I recently got into a fender-bender and my headlight is holding a lot of water now. I was wondering if I should bake the water out or let it dry. I also have and eyelid attached with strips of 3M tape, will the eyelid loosen up or come off during the baking process? If baking is the best option besides controlling temp, how can I keep the headlight from sticking to the pan I bake it on? At what temp should I bake it at?And what type of sealant should i use to fix the crack? I can provide pics if needed but I have never posted a pic before. Thanks for reading and any help is appreciated.

Just pop out the headlight, drain the water, and let it dry naturally. I wouldn't bake it, man. Too many "red lights" coming on as soon as I read that!!! :)

Seal it up with a good RTV or something similar, and done.
