Well I dont have the tsb, but I am making the truck do alot tommorow. So I will be towing 24 bags 13-13-13, 12 bags seed, 8 bags corn in a trailer for a total of 2,200 pounds. i will also for lack of room have to put 10 more bags of corn in the bed of the truck. The question can I do it, or do I need to leave some corn at home?

I do have tow package, should I try and fit all bags in trailer and none in bed, or equal it up a bit?

That's the limit for the stock bumper hitch point.

With some in the bed you should be fine. I wouldn't hesitate to do it with my truck.

The tow rating is 6500lb with the 4.0 and tow package. (give or take depending on other options). You'll be fine. It might sag a bit if you load the tongue real heavy but no real worries. I just towed my vr-4 the other day (3800+ lbs with stuff in it) with the u-haul car hauler (2210 lbs) for over 6000 lbs... no issue at all. I do have the TSB though, but I've done the same in my last truck without the TSB. It did tend to want to drive me a bit more than I drive it... but the car hauler's weight distrobution with the stealth is horrible and to heavily biased to the front. The TSB though, it didn't try to steer me one bit, honestly it didn't feel any different than when I towed my 2800lb 280z with the car dolly (much lighter setup... total about 3600lb with stuff in the car). Well, acceleration felt better I guess lol.

I pulled a little over 3000 pounds in a Uhaul (and a little in the bed) from California to Virginia and hit 90 MPH a couple of times and had no problems.

(With the factory towing package, NOT the Bumper hitch!!)

You know – where I come from it is illegal to bait wild gameJ - is that what you are up to with all that corn?
    Just kidding – sort of…
You should be fine – I pulled a 5500lb boat a few times before I had the new springs installed. Not far but it did fine. No tow package – I just have a U-Haul hitch and small tranny cooler.
