Wheel balancing costs around $10-15 per wheel in my area. Balance the fronts and see if the vibration goes away. If not, then do the rears.

5100 set to max, pending LSD and TRD CAI

Not sure if this has been covered but there is a TSB for vibe at freeway speed. Can't remember what it was but go to the dealer and tell them it shakes at freeway speed. Its believe it has something to do with the drive shaft.
