The only thing I worried about there was all the weight hanging on that edge. Going off road, vibration etc. would put stress on the plexi.

Also I wanted mine lower and out of the way. Conserve and utilize space.

true..plexi may be not as strong as sheet metal but it isnt exactly weak..the fuse box and breaker with all the wire is not that heavy...(i dont jump the truck nor will I have a LT truck that'll be bouncing around)...i think the vibration and flex will not be enough to break it.......but ill post if it does!....

Where did you get the terminals for your battery. That looks sharp and it is much neater than the factory BS I have on my battery. I am building a harness to run 5 HID lights on my winch bumper, and was looking for a way to do it without relays and fuses in a big bundle/rats nest/fire hazard underneath the hood. This and a gang block mounted on the tray would be the way to go.

I got the terminals at Best Buy but it was a few years ago and they no longer carry them. They are made by Rockford Fosgate and I still think you can order them online. Good luck with your build!

To the OP, great writeup and your setup is clean. Nice job. I have had an auxiliary fuse block on my past three vehicles. I put the fuse block inside behind the rear seat on my last Tacoma. This time I want to put it in the location you guys chose but I'm still worried about mud and water even though this stuff is resistant. I want to put a box there but not a lot of room so I'm still researching.

ilovetacos, again nice job. Can you please tell me who makes your battery mount for the yellowtop you have? Thanks.

How did you guys route the wires into the truck? I am thinking about adding this and maybe a switch inside the truck as well to allow it not to be "hot" all the time.

That is the next part on my list to do. I will create a HOW TO when completed. For an overall explanation you want to keep as many hot wires outside the cabin that do not need to go there. I am working on a customized Daystar switch bank to install where the sunglass holder is, then have a relay bank inside the engine bay, and connect the two with an ethernet cable to drive the signals and have the larger amp loads go straight from the relay board to the devices.
