I can go out and snap some pictures of how they fit. I believe they should be fine and not need to be trimmed for 33's, for 35's that is going to be a different story I believe. This is based off of a 3" lift.

These were molded from my flares that were clearanced to fit 35s on a 3". They shouldn't require any to fit 33s.

Looks like no help for 35s here...would really love a flare set I could stuff 35s under...may have to pull a Relentless/All.On.Black.

Yeah I think with 35s you will have to cut back the fender itself and not just the flares like a few others have done.

Cutting it is gonna cut it. They could make aftermarket flares for 35s, just have to include instructions on modifying the truck for it to work. Market probably isn't big enough.

When the time comes, don't worry, there won't be any half-ass clearancing.

Some progress pictures. It looks like the SB flares are going to work on the long box, just takes a little time for alignment and some persuasion for fitment. In these pictures the front of the rear flares are not yet fully mounted so you can see the holes for the mounting of the stock flares. I should have them mounted up fully this evening, I just wanted to give a quick update. Sorry for the delays, I have had a ton of crap on my plate lately.

Jhodge83, BlndSqurrel, Cotruckin... :

Thanks for the posted pics. Can you help with the following;

1. How do you and how hard was it to remove your stock flares?

2. How exactly do the JFF flares go on/attach? What do we need to buy, marine epoxy, more stock clips, screws...? Is it a one man job?

3. What are the 6 parts to the 6 part set. I have an ARB front and CBI Bushmaster high clearance on the back... do I only need 4 pieces?

4. Jamie: I have a CBI Bushmaster high clearance rear bumper similar to yours (based off of your posted pics) and cut my rear quarter panels off horizontal even with the stock taillight housing. Any issues with the flares fitting given that a good 12" of quarter panel is not there to mount to? Can you take a few pics of this area?

Thanks for your help.

1. stock flares were the standard phillips/hex screws w/ the clips on the body panels. easy to take off.

2. The main mounting is the same screws you removed from the stock ones. the clips are not reused. you will have to get some sort of flexible, thin metal to attach the flare part that will go over your front bumper.

3. you would onlt need the 4 part. the 6 part includes the pieces that match to the stock front bumper.

4. cutting them to sit flat against the rear bumper is thr harder part. what i did was pull in the top of the rear flare tighter to the inside and attached it so it would pull in the loose bottom part where it was cut off.

Here are some updated pictures of the fender flares. I am still working on perfect fitment but these flares went on pretty nicely.

This is the fitment that I am working on, just need to do a little bit of trimming and it should lay right against the fender nicely. I am still working on the passenger side rear because that side is seeming to need a little bit more trimming to fit but no major modifications. I mounted mine with stainless steel hardware #10 and just drilled new holes. I have not put the lock nuts on the back of the hardware yet but that will come after all final trimming.

there is no reason you shouldnt be able to use the stock screws and holes. you need to push in on the bottom of the flare to get the stock holes to fit where those indentions are. that pressure is what keeps the top against the body.

I just ordered mine today. Anyone know of any other pics where it shows the bottom flares mounted by the front bumper? I’m curious to see how it looks.

This is absolutely correct jhodge83. I just chose this method to have the lock nut on the backside for extra security. There is no reason to not use the stock hardware as all of the indention do align with factory mounting locations.

I have not seen any pictures of the bottom flares mounted yet, I would be interested just to see how it looks.
