Are there any bumper guards that protect my front end from damage or airbag deployment?

Most of the brush guards/grill guards out there unfortunately aren't strong enough to really protect your front end from an actual collision with anything. An aftermarket plate steel bumper like an ARB may give you some protection. The only grill guard i've even heard of that is sturdy enough to do anything is the Warn Trans4mer. One guy told me its strong enough to actually hold up to some serious abuse.

I got my WAAG Grill Guard to some what protect the Radiator in case I hit a Deer or something like that I may be able to still limp into town. Nothing is going to do much in a wreck

I was going to buy a skid plate guard this year. But I found a generic gril guard on craigslist cheep. Just enough to fend off the dog size deer around here. I will post pics once I install it.

x2. I have an aftermarket full grille/headlight guard and I wouldn't expect it to do much in a front end collision, even with a deer. I got in a light accident and I rear ended a car at a very slow speed and it held up fine but beyond that it wouldn't do much. I bought mine because people here can't park so they park by touch and this thing saves my front end from getting cracked up.

Wow, now thats one plate bumper that actually looks good. Have you thought about painting it white to match? That looks really good.

So these come unpainted, like bare metal?

It does look pretty badass, especially compared to the ARB's.
