What would be a safe adhesive to use for re-applying badges? Definately don't want to screw my paint up or put stress cracks in my badges. I guess I'm looking for something a little less time consuming then trimming up some double sided tape.

Small amt of clear silicone maybe... clean first with alcohol and tape in place till set. Any mess will come off easy, but it will stick like mad
