I personally didnt really care for the huge hoop on the All-Pro bumper, so I made my own only going about 2 1/2" over the center section of the bumper and I welded on 3 light tabs for the Hella 700ff's that I picked up. Everything is welded up, I have it hanging up in the garage waiting for the paint to dry, may take a while since it is 35 degrees out right now, but it should be good to go on tomorrow. I will get some pictures in the morning with it mounted up to the bumper. Hopefully I will have time to get the lights mounted up tomorrow after work.

Jeez, you guys are so impatient. J/K
Crappy cell phone pic, the 2 angled brackets go on the outside and bolt up to the existing light bar holes in the bumper. The light tabs are on the front side of the bar as it actually fits up pretty tight to the grille. I had the light tabs face straight down so I could mount the lights as close to the bumper as possible and not have them sticking up over the hood. I will get pics of it on the truck tomorrow.

OK...HERE WE GO!!! Overall I am really happy with how it turned out. I painted it with spray on truck bed liner, when the bumper is clean it actually matches the powder coating pretty good. If I were to do it again I would possibly put the lights a little closer together. Now I just need to get them wired up.

    A few bolts are different.
looks nice. i have always wondered why people opt for a light bar with 3 light tabs when most light sets come in a pair??

It just fills out the area a little better, plus, these were on sale at 4 Wheel Parts, so I bought 2 sets and have an extra light as for when the rocks on the colorado roads get kicked up and breaks one.

The center section is actually just 3/4" EMT conduit. I just bent it with a conduit bender until I got the shape I wanted. The flat stock I cut with a metal blade in a skil saw, then grinded everything down with my angle grinder. I was not sure how good the couduit would weld as I have heard many different stories, but since all went good I am going to start on a custom roof basket that I have already designed in SketchUp.
