Snow is coming nicely here in Central WA. The wind is making it pretty shitty though...

haha! I know what you mean. My best friend lives in Reno and she came down to visit two years ago when we had all that snow and was so mad because she can't stand it and was hoping to get away from it all. I didn't mind though, I'm ready for a winter like that again. :)

No pictures of the truck in the snow yet, it's sitting in the garage all toasty right now.. but I did manage to get a picture of my horse and dog today. Can you tell they like each other?

Did that first guy think he was going to get away or something? He kept giving it gas.

Sounds like it's time to upgrade to 4WD. And you better leave now!

    Actually that was in Portland.

Latest is the've closed down the viaduct and apparently they've shut down nbound flights to SEATAC after a 747 cargo plane slid off the end of the runway (no injuries or fatalities)

That was the snowstorm that came at the same time as a windstorm (which we're getting again tonight). A group of us left for Whistler that Thursday that it got bad with the snow and power outage; Seattle to Whistler is normally a 4 hour drive, took us 13 hours because of constant accidents and road closures, and it was totally worth it.

It's supposed to be -2 at the base of Crystal Mountain tonight. Tomorrow NOAA's calling for a high of 1. One!

Looks like I will not be skipping work to snowboard tomorrow (like I did Friday for Opening Day).

This is exactly the reason why I bought a 4wd... I lived in Bremerton in 2008 and had a FWD car... slid all over the place in the snow. Bought a 4wd truck and never looked back... even with stock dunlops the taco performed awesome
