are there any detectable differences? i find that most aftermarket manufacturers do not list fitments for 2011 for pretty much anything you could want, however they do typically list 2010...or at least 2009.

only thing different is the style of the grill and i think one other minor thing like that but nothing with the specs of it

thats what i thought. i talked to someone i know at borla today and he said if i get the exhaust, if it doesn't fit, he'll refund me 100% since they need confirmation if it'll work on a 2011 or not.

made me think twice about the differences or lack thereof.

    thanks.

pretty much the same thing... unless you got a TX Pro Package, then your truck can run the Baja 1000 because you get special "beadlock" wheels and "special" TRD exhaust that gives you WAAAAYYY more hp then a regular TRD package.

99% of parts for 2005-2008 will fit your truck. About the only thing I've seen that doesn't fit is the EZDown tailgate strut.

    like a hood scoop? i know, i know ; )

i did but only found cosmetic things, ie grille. i shoulda specified further

    thanks [IMG]

whippersnapper, he did offer a deal but honestly it wasn't as solid as some deals i found online. he's new there, so that might have had something to do with it. he just moved over there from another manufacturer. off-topic: how do you like your banks? that is a 3" exhaust, right? i'm not sure i want a 409 exhaust (vs. 304), especially in my region, but i normally like the quality of banks stuff.

    thanks.

i can't see 3" being too big, especially for a cat-back, where the cat and OE manifolds are presenting inherent restrictions. it's not like these things are designed for exhaust velocity out of the gate, but they should be ; )

many honda I4 exhausts are approaching 2.5" (a little less because they are in mm). while they (honda engines) make great power for their displacement, the exhaust volume is nothing compared to what i'd guess comes out of these 4 liter engines. i can't see all of that exhaust slowing down in 3" vs. 2.5", but what do i know.

does it sound any louder/deeper than stock piping? i was gonna go with 3" also, but the guy i took it to said it would give less back pressure which would rob hp... im runnin stock piping with a super 40 and it sounds good enough for me.
