    I want to pick up some duplicolor touch up paint for my 08 PreRunner D-cab, and would like to know where the paint code is located. She's a silver one.

    It's a black/white sticker either in your drivers' door jamb, or inside the actual door. The paint code is usually in the bottom left corner. Toyota codes are typically Number/Letter/Number (i.e. 3R3).

    On the placard on the driver's door jamb. It's in the lower left corner of the sticker and will say "C/TR" and be followed by a 4-digit paint code with a slash then a 4-digit trim code (C=Color/TR=Trim).
