Bilstein 5100 shocks or Old Man EMU (OME) shocks and springs are two good quality lifts if you are on a budget.
I would suggest an add-a-leaf for the rear. Toytec and wheelers have good, inexpensive ones.

no you cant get 4 inch of lift with spacers and if you can somthing would probably break that is stretching the angles of the suspension way to much. You also will have a truck that rides like it has rocks for tires and you will have close to no down travel in it and will bottom out on about every bump

so just stick with the bilsteins and rear add aleaf and that should set me up with about a nice 3 inch lift? or do they make a 4inch lift that will ride nice and i should not have any problems?

Prerunner or 4x4? It doesn't say in your info.

If you have a prerunner, you can get a 4" lift and maintain the factory ride with lift spindles.

If 4x4, your other option for approx 4" is the 4.5" RCD Drop Bracket Lift.

BTW bilsteins will give you 2.5" up front. If you want a full 3 you could go with an OME lift.

The Bilstein 5100s are probably going to be your best bet. We can combine them with either coils, or a small top-plate spacer to get you the full 3" of lift up front. Then match the front with a set of AALs and new shocks out back.
