I have a 2010 with 5,500 miles. The AC/Heater Fan started making noise like it is a 1999 vehicle.

Has anyone had this issue? Probably will take it to the dealership since it is under warranty but WTF!!!!

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Very common issue. There is a TSB for it also.

Yep, my 2010 does the same thing. Worst in the 2 lower speeds, but now it is starting in the 3rd.

At least they'll put in another piece of krap blower motor that will do the same thing in 1-2 years... RIGHT AFTER YOUR WARRANTY RUNS OUT!

I'm at 39,000 miles and need my 3rd unit. Called the dealership and they said "we'll check with the manager and call you back"... 2 weeks ago. I'm not paying $159 for the same POS blower that will die next winter. Toyota needs to make the manufacturer fix this POS.

Toyota really cut corners on our Tacos and they know it. My wife's 2001 Sequoia has been bullet proof for almost 10 years and 150,000 miles. My taco has had more issues in 4 years than the Sequoia has had in 10.

We won't be buying another Toyota in the future as they have lost my trust for sure!!!
