I just called in regards, and they said that it has to be a "problem" or causing issues for them to replace it. Isn't the spring replacement for rough ride and towing issues?

I'll get the three pages I have scanned and then post them. To confirm, this is the T-BS O359-10, dated 21 December 2010, titled: REAR SPRING HARSH RIDE

    Cheers

If you call the 800 number for toyota, they will fax or mail you the complete TSB. That is the only way to get it as of now, it is 18 pages!

Im getting the tsb done on my 2011 ac sr5 next week. initially I installed a fabtech aal to my oem 3 leaf worked great but my tech I use at toyota was able to get the tsb done so I will have him add the fabtech to my new 4 leaf. bottom line if you have a tech you use at toyota they can make it happen.

You have to state that you are experiencing a harsh ride with the truck loaded. The dealer may test the handling capabilities to verify if there is an issue.

I just got back from the dealership (Toyota of N Charlotte) and they ordered the parts in less than 5 minutes.

I explained that my truck sags when I tow my bass boat and that 15 bags of mulch made me hit the bump stops. I made sure to use the truck for a couple of months to see if I actually needed the TSB, and after yesterdays mulch issue, I feel it is a justified fix.

The service guy was very cool and looked up the TSB right away and then checked the springs and bump stops and then ordered the parts.

I love the ride currently but I can't have the rear end bottom out with the boat in tow, so this is a great fix!

    Thanks and good luck!

Hey guys new to the Taco family and site. Just picked up a 2011 DC TRD sport. I found this link that has the latest full TSB. http://www.scribd.com/doc/50799638/T-SB-0359-10. Can anyone direct me, or advise me if I can perform a mod that will uprgade the window switches to have all windows power down and up like on the Lexus RX350
