Alright guys here is the email I got back from him:

    Cullen,

Dana has made that part proprietary to Toyota, so it is no longer available to us. There is an aftermarket replacement available – Powertrain Industries 3302-185. Here is a link to our product page for it:

    http://www.northerndrivetrain.com/product/PTI-3302-185.html

    Best Regards,
    Gabe Osten
    Northern Drivetrain

So looks like you now have to purchase the aftermarket flange yoke which is more expensive but still better than having to buy the whole drive shaft... Let me know if you have any other questions

I checked the same website, item marked as obsolete, but I found a local drivetrain specialty company and I got an exact spicer match through them. Thanks for the help though it's much appreciated

In my situation it seems that the previous owner never greased his uni's, tried greasing but the seals were deteriorated on a couple of the needle beatings n I didn't have time to replace them w/the long working hours. my uni connecting the transfer case yoke to the drive shaft blew and while it blew it pretty much demolished my yoke flange. Lesson learned, make time to replace worn parts

Sorry to bring this old post back. It's the closest one I can find to my problem. I'm looking for the driveshaft flange yoke at the rear axle. Toyota said I have to buy the entire drive shaft. Not happening. I've found some on the Internet for sell and talked to some company's but they want me to pull it off and measure the bolt holes and find out what the spline count is. I can do that but I was hoping I could avoid taking the driveshaft out twice since I need my truck while I'd wait on the part. I was hoping that somebody on here would be able to tell me the measurements and spline count. My truck is a 2006 TOYOTA TACOMA PRERUNNER. 4 door. 2 wheel drive. Also if anybody knows another vehicle that uses the same flange yoke that would be great considering there's no junk yard within 100 miles that has my truck. Thanks

Confirm the casting number is the same (5001905)on yours, but I'm 99% sure this is the right one for your truck. This is the replacement part #. http://www.northerndrivetrain.com/product/PTI-3302-185.html

Even though it says it's for the transfer case output shaft? And it says years 98-04? Not saying y'all are wrong. It looks right. Just don't want to order the wrong part. Thanks again.

Yes. The transfer case flange yoke for a 2004 tacoma will bolt right on your 2006 prerunner at the rear axle. All of the U-joints are the same size for all tacoma's just as another bit of trivia.

Is it possible that the rear yoke snapped because of a lift kit? Mine just recently fell out and a friend told me that because of the 3" lift kit that the flange yoke snapped because of the increased tension and the driveshaft not being perfectly straight. Any info would be great.
