Got mine in a week, 2011 AC. Had a problem with the rear not fitting because of my rear console. Took the console out, placed the mat down, put the console back, marked the 2 screw holes, pressed down hard to mark out the plastic pin between the 2 screws, drilled the mat out and fit perfect. No cutting.

 

what was coming??

 

I think the mats they shipped are for a completely different model. Maybe a 1st gen access cab? The rear mats are way to wide, they will not between the front and rear seats. The front mats are too wide also, they don't fit on the floor at all! The passenger side doesn't have hook holes. the drivers has holes but they are no where close to lining up with the hooks...Kinda disappointed in this overall experience. Hope Weathertech can make this right, and quickly!

 

Yeah, they screwed my order up pretty bad. Ordered a set for a 2nd Gen Tacoma and a Highlander. Got the third row for the Highlander (not the mids or the fronts) and got a front passenger for my Tacoma. The other two mats for the Tacoma were a random passenger front and a random back. They are for different cars, but no idea which.

They overcharged my credit card and sent me a full additional set and a 2/3 set. I had to make two trips to UPS to return mats, and still have stuff that I have to return. Every time I call, I've had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to 1 hour. To their credit, when I do get ahold of them, they're always nice and seem helpful...

 

I ordered a set for my 2011 DC early Dec, and received them in two business days. Really happy with the service. I noticed that you mentioned there were no hook holes on the passenger side. When I ordered mine on line, I had to choose holes/no holes from a drop down menu, so I am surprised you were not asked which type you wanted.

I called the order in and I did specify needing the passenger hooks. My order was just messed up, the part number is for a rav 4???? They are checking into how quickly they can ship the correct mats. They said my order was rushed and they apologized...I don't feel like 25 days is much of a rush
