Looking to powder coat my stock wheels, have a question

I searched around for an answer but either there isn't one, or I suck at searching (probably the latter) but I'm wondering if you can powder coat the stock alloy wheel but leave the outer rim untouched. I like the black inner with the thin strip of silver on the outer lip. If not, I'll just go with paint, I just wanted to powder coat for durability.

Not sure but if you have a powdercoater nearby give them a call to see what can be done.
I believe they would have to blast the stock finish off to apply the powder coat.

I bet some folks here can tell you for sure.

You can power coat just the inner part but they have to mask the wheel. It will cost ya. Better off with aftermarket.
