I have a 2010 Tacoma and i ordered a Daystar 2.5" leveling kit with the coil spacers up front and blocks in the rear. I have the Bilstien TRD struts and shocks. The guy at 4Wheel Parts said im gonna need longer shocks. Is that true?

OME 3" lift with 885 coils. OME Shocks with TSB 1.5 AAL. 285/75/16 KM2s. XD Hoss 16" wheels. DDM Tuning 6000K HIDs, H10 6000K Fogs. BHLM. Debaged. 20% tint on front windows.
Meh.. Shoulda came on here and asked a question before you bought that lift. You will have a rough ride, and no you don't need longer shocks, the point of the leveling kit is to lower the strut to make a lift, but it's bad for the suspension geometry causing it to have a rough ride. You will regret buying this lift. You should of got the Bilstein 5100s and adjust them to a 2.5 setting and have the same height lift for a few extra bucks and got it done the right and safe way in first place.

    True.

Longer shocks are not needed. I got my money back after they figured out it was not necessary to install them. They even tried to charge my for the shocks even though they didnt install them - good thing I looked at my reciept.
