    so i got an 07 tacoma with a bad cv boot easy to change? or just have some one else do it?

    CV boots are relatively easy but messy. A lot of people say it's worth just swapping out the whole axle as it's not a lot more cost and avoids a lot of mess and labor.

    Also, if you do decide to just replace the boot, check the joint itself and make sure it's now chewed up from the bad/boot lack of grease.
