Easiest way to relocate aux, as well as a permanent phone charger?

    What I have:

    2010 Tacoma
    Samsung Galaxy S

    What I want:

The idea is to mount either a bracket, or just a piece of velcro, above the CD slot. That's where the phone should ideally be mounted. What I am curious about is how to hack apart a micro USB car charger, then tie into a 12v source somewhere to have it always on. I suppose I could just snake a 3' audio cord behind the dash to the aux input and just unplug it if I wanted to use another aux source, but I would rather have a secondary one permanently installed.

The reasons are: I can use Pandora and/or Youtube for streaming media through my phone, and when the headphone jack is in use, headset audio is transmitted through it as well, so it's somewhat of a handsfree kit. It would be a lot easier to have it mounted above the CD slot than constantly just in my lap.
