Oil

Which is best to use, regular 10w-30 or fully synthetic? I used fully synthetic the last time, but because of the price was wondering if regular would work. Or is there any major differences?

Synthetic is better. It lasts longer and protects better than conventional dino oil. Many people use different oils but the one you use is up to you.

5W30 Mobil Clean 5000 at walmart + a toyota oil filter for 6 bucks it can be done for under 18 bucks.

If you're changing it every 5K miles, regular oil will be fine.

Conventional oils have been very good for a long time but the newer SM and SN grade oils are just so damn good the only advantage synthetic oils offer are long service life.

So I'd say only use synthetic if you're planning on extended drain intervals (~10,000 miles). If you're draining at the 5,000 mile recommended interval or especially if you just can't shake the myth and still think 3K is good use conventional as synthetic will be a complete waste of money.
